Bastion provides a REST API that accepts load, invoice, or dwell time data from your platform. We analyze that data, identify recoverable detention charges, and handle the recovery process. Your platform gets a webhook notification when money is recovered.

What data do you need from our platform?

It depends on your platform type. Factoring companies share invoice and load data. TMS platforms share load records. ELD providers share dwell time events. Freight auditors share invoice line items. We work with what you already capture.

How does the revenue share model work?

We offer a competitive revenue share on every successful detention recovery processed through your integration. The exact structure depends on volume and integration depth — we discuss specifics during the partnership conversation.

Is Bastion a competitor to our platform?

No. Bastion is infrastructure, not a competing platform. We do one thing — recover detention pay — and we do it as a layer inside your platform. We make your product more valuable to carriers, not less.

How long does integration take?

Most partners are live within 2–3 weeks depending on platform type. We provide full API documentation, a sandbox environment, and a dedicated integration engineer to support your team.
